Hello reader,

There’s been a fair bit of budget increase requests going around for next year. One of those is from the National Police, whose request has triggered unease and suspicion. They’re not going to buy more robots, are they?

Elsewhere, narcotics officers were arrested for alleged narcotics-related offences, and the governor of East Java is being questioned in a corruption case (not to say she was implicated in any way).
