Hello reader,

The US may not be a fan of QRIS, but we sure are proud of our highly convenient scan-and-pay system. Even Japan, and possibly India, are looking to implement the technology within their borders. And before anybody says otherwise, it’s pronounced “kyu-ris” rather than rhymes with Chris.

In other news, Jokowi’s university diploma is legit, a police investigation has revealed. Things are not looking good for his accusers.
