Hello reader,

Renowned political analyst Saiful Mujani is making headlines today after he was reported to the police for calling for President Prabowo’s removal. As is often true in such cases, the complaint came from an obscure third party.

Once again, we find ourselves wondering where political expression ends and treason begins. Let’s hope this case won’t set a dangerous precedent.
