GoTo acquisition picks up steam

Hello reader,

The rumors are back: Grab is reportedly in talks to acquire its Indonesian (and regional) rival GoTo. If the merger goes through this time, then Grab will become Southeast Asia’s undisputed tech behemoth.

More on that below. Also, who would have guessed Indonesians would rank first in the world for overall well-being? To counter Meja, it’s not all about the money dum dum da da dum dum.
