Prabowo tapping up cabinet ministers

Hello reader,

Sri Mulyani served as Indonesia’s finance minister once under President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, became the managing director of the World Bank, then returned to the FinMin role for almost the entirety of Joko Widodo’s two presidential terms.

She is all but certain to go into her fourth stint as FinMin, as President-elect Prabowo Subianto has reportedly asked her to stay on when he assumes office in a few days. The incoming president also summoned dozens of other public figures and politicians yesterday evening, giving us some idea as to who will make up his first cabinet.
