Gov't ends blanket tax exemptions for electric vehicles

Hello readers,

In recent years, tax exemptions for EVs made them especially appealing to Indonesia’s urbanites. That honeymoon period now looks to be over with the central government ending their blanket tax breaks, leaving it to regional governments to charge EV owners as they see fit.
