Hello reader,

Thomas Lembong was unsuccessful in his attempt to challenge the corruption charges against him. Of course, him losing his pretrial motion will do next to nothing to quash any controversy surrounding the charges. Let’s see how this plays out in court.

Another reminder: there will be no Nusantara Notes tomorrow due to the Regional Elections (Pilkada) public holiday. Man’s gotta vote. Make sure you vote too (if you’re registered).
