What an eventful weekend.

Friday ended with former Trade Minister Thomas Lembong sentenced to 4.5 years in prison in a highly dubious corruption case. Then, President Prabowo was at his quotable best, particularly as he launched the government’s massive cooperatives program. Tragedy also struck when fire erupted aboard a vessel in North Sulawesi waters on Sunday, killing at least three.
