Indonesia robbed of victory in Bahrain

Hello reader,

I am among the first to acknowledge that football officiating is a tough job. But WHAT WAS THAT?

Indonesia could have secured their first win in the latest round of the World Cup qualifiers against Bahrain last night, if not for the numerous questionable calls that heavily favored the Middle Eastern home team. The worst of such calls, of course, came right at the very end of the match. We’ll get into that heartbreaking moment below.

Let’s hope the Garuda boys can overcome this bitter heartbreak in time for the date with China on Oct. 15.

Have a great weekend, everybody!

Cheers,

Andra
