Rupiah falls to historic low against US dollar

Hello reader,

There it is. The rupiah has fallen to its all-time lowest point against the US dollar. Everything’s fine, the people in charge say. It’s just the global economy.

In other news: political parties unsurprisingly reject KPK’s proposal to limit tenures of chairpersons, the central government is not enforcing tax exemptions for EVs but wants them enforced anyway, and free rides in Jakarta tomorrow!
